Our 2-day Train the Trainer course is tailored specifically for ground instructors either already in a training role or stepping into one.

This Train the Trainer course equips you with the essential skills, knowledge, and tools to deliver effective training sessions. We blend theory with practical techniques, like role-plays, case studies, and feedback sessions, to equip you with top-tier teaching methods. 

You will learn how to conduct training sessions in various settings—online, in the classroom, and in the airside environment. The programme covers the full training spectrum, from planning and design to delivery, assessment, and evaluation.

We offer an optional extra day of training for those wanting deeper insight. This additional day allows for more in-depth discussions on instructional and evaluation techniques and extended role-play exercises. 

Our course adopts a learner-centred approach, focusing on interactive and practical learning experiences. We focus on real-world applications so you can confidently apply teaching and learning strategies in diverse aviation environments.

Experienced ground instructors lead all TTT courses, ensuring the training is relevant and closely aligned with the realities of the aviation industry.

Anne Sølvsteen

CEO & Founder

Anne’s career began as a Cabin Attendant in 1987. She became a Flight Instructor in 1994 and later served as a First Officer at Maersk Air and Sterling Airlines. Anne also served as a Simulator Flight Instructor and was Captain on the 737 fleet at Primera Air A/S. She also held the positions of Deputy Safety Officer and Chief of Human Factors Training.
