Crew Resource Management Initial Training

Our 2-day (16 hours) CRM Initial course is designed for pilots, cabin crew, and dispatch members joining an operator for the first time.

Our CRM initial training fully complies with the EASA requirement as stated in part ORO.FC.115 for pilots and part ORO.CC.115 for cabin crew.

Our course provides practical tools for trainees to take with them in their new role. We practice key skills and attitudes needed to operate an aircraft safely and efficiently.

This highly interactive course stimulates involvement and provides plenty of tools for new hires to take with them.

Crew Resource Management Recurrent Training

Our 1-day (8 hours) CRM Recurrent Training is designed for pilots and cabin crew members who need to renew their CRM certification. The course enhances their technical and non-technical skills and highlights factors contributing to a safety mindset and behaviour.

CRM – Operator Conversion Course – Joining an Operator

Book our tailored CRM Operators Conversion Course that covers all requirements specified in EASA part ORO.FC.220.

Our 1-day Operator Conversion Course offers an exciting and eye-opening journey into the factors associated when joining a new airline. We include relevant case studies to help pilots understand and apply the theoretical concepts of CRM to real-world scenarios in their new operation. Our Operator Conversion Course is developed to comply with the airline’s operations to familiarise pilots with the specific procedures and operating areas.

Operator Conversion Course – Change of Aircraft Type

Our Operator Conversion Course is designed for pilots who are changing aircraft type. The course programme prepares pilots for the changing to a new aircraft type and fulfils all requirements as stated in EASA part ORO.FC.220. 

This 1-day conversion course for a change of aircraft type includes relevant case studies and type-specific accidents and incidents to provide pilots practical tools for dealing with their new operation – ensuring a smooth transition.

Command Upgrade Training

Our 1-day CRM Command Upgrade Training course is designed for pilots who are being upgraded to Captains/Commanders.

The course deals with teaching and learning principles. We include discussions on operational challenges, and provides practical strategies and tips on decision-making, communication, leadership, and more to prepare you for your new role. Experienced CRM trainers and current or former Line Captains conduct all our CRM Command Upgrade courses. The course fully complies with all EASA, ICAO, CAA and other major regulatory bodies worldwide.

Anne Soelvsteen teaching

Anne Sølvsteen

CEO & Founder

Anne’s career began as a Cabin Attendant in 1987. She became a Flight Instructor in 1994 and later served as a First Officer at Maersk Air and Sterling Airlines. Anne also served as a Simulator Flight Instructor and was Captain on the 737 fleet at Primera Air A/S. She also held the positions of Deputy Safety Officer and Chief of Human Factors Training.

Sarah Hudson

Brand Manager & CRM Trainer

Sarah began her career as a Cabin Attendant and later as Cabin Supervisor at Cimber/CityJet A/S. In 2018, Sarah joined Copenhagen AirTaxi A/S, where she helped educate new pilots on workload- and time management. She holds a master’s degree in Business and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School and currently serves as the Brand Manager and CRM trainer at NaviMinds.
