In-house training or at our Training facility in Copenhagen
The Maintenance Human Factors Trainer Course is available at our training facilities in central Copenhagen or in-house at the client’s location.
Human Factors training is mandatory for all maintenance personnel in the aviation industry, and must complete a refresher course every two years under EASA training guidelines.
Please note Other regulations apply to Human Factors trainers in maintenance.
Human factors play a crucial role in aviation maintenance as they deal with how human capabilities, limitations, and behaviours can impact aircraft maintenance and repair activities. Understanding and addressing these factors through training programs and safety initiatives can help reduce the risk of maintenance-related errors and improve overall aviation safety.
