Our 5-day Maintenance Human Factors Trainer Course (MHFT) is for you who wish to obtain a certification in Human Factors Training for aviation maintenance personnel.

The training is ideal for you, who will be involved in delivering Human Factors Training programmes for engineers, managers and other personnel working in the aircraft maintenance environment.

All CRM and Human Factors elements are covered via role plays, group discussions, interactive exercises and a few thought-provoking scenarios, including several experiential learning exercises designed and developed by NaviMinds.

The course content fulfils the MHF training requirements of EASA, FAA and other major regulatory bodies worldwide. It will assist your organisation in meeting the error management and human factors requirements within EASA Part-145.

Our open courses are exclusively offered as physical classroom training due to the nature of several exercises that require physical attendance. However, we do offer bespoke course alternatives that can be conducted online.

Human Factors training is mandatory for all maintenance personnel in the aviation industry, requiring a refresher course every two years in accordance with EASA training guidelines.

Please note that additional regulations apply specifically to Human Factors trainers in maintenance.

Anne Sølvsteen

CEO & Founder

Anne’s career began as a Cabin Attendant in 1987. She became a Flight Instructor in 1994 and later served as a First Officer at Maersk Air and Sterling Airlines. Anne also served as a Simulator Flight Instructor and was Captain on the 737 fleet at Primera Air A/S. She also held the positions of Deputy Safety Officer and Chief of Human Factors Training.

Morten brings over 34 years of aviation expertise, mainly from the Royal Danish Navy, where he educates and mentors helicopter crews in CRM. Currently, Morten is the owner of Bluebird Heli, where he continues to apply his extensive knowledge and experience to the industry.

Sarah began her career as a Cabin Attendant at Cimber/CityJet A/S. In 2018, Sarah joined Copenhagen AirTaxi A/S, where she helped educate new pilots on workload- and time management. She holds a master’s degree in Business and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School and currently serves as the Brand Manager and CRM trainer at NaviMinds.
