NaviMinds was founded in 2012 with the ambition: to create Crew Resource Management and Human Factors training that people would remember, reflect on, and carry with them long after the course had ended.
From the very beginning, we wanted to move beyond slides and theory and create learning experiences that connect with people – emotionally, professionally, and operationally. Over the years, our team has spent countless hours developing exercises, facilitation techniques, models, and programmes designed to spark reflection, strengthen collaboration, and create lasting behavioural and cultural change.

Since 2012, we have had the honour of partnering with aviation authorities, military forces, and other industry-leading companies. Together, we’ve advanced safer operations through our impactful CRM and human factors training programs.
We believe the principles of Crew Resource Management and Human Factors belong in every safety-critical industry. Wherever people work together, make decisions under pressure, and rely on effective communication and teamwork to operate safely.
Our ambition has never been to simply deliver information, but to create learning experiences that challenge perspectives, encourage discussion, and inspire reflection.
That’s why every NaviMinds course combines evidence-based theory with experiential learning activities that make learning both practical and memorable.
Our team brings decades of operational backgrounds from commercial aviation, the military, and clinical psychology – united by a commitment to create impactful learning experiences.

At NaviMinds, your course takes place in the heart of Copenhagen.
