Innovating human factors training

Extraordinary training for extraordinary clients

Our history

Naviminds emerged in 2012 based on the idea that we wanted to and were capable of creating an immersive and powerful learning experience – better than what existing CRM and human factors training providers offered. Our team has since then spent years developing numerous group exercises, models and programmes designed to create intriguing and impactful learning experiences.

We have, since our beginning, proved our worth with hundreds of successful CRM and human factors training courses in our repertoire.

But we’re far from done showing the impact CRM and human factors training can have to achieve safer operations across industries. There are still many companies and industries we’ve not yet had the honour of working with.

The Naviminds philosophy:

We don't teach, we don't lecture – we create learning experiences

As a relatively young training provider of Human Factors and Crew Resource Management, NaviMinds have had two clear goals:

1
To create a complete training concept that applies not only to aviation but to a wide range of safety-critical industries.

To lift CRM and Human Factors training to new, eye-opening levels beyond lecturing and theory.

One significant area where NaviMinds differ substantially from other more traditional training providers of Human Factors and Crew Resource Management training is our approach to experiential learning.

We believe that humans learn not exclusively from theory nor from what we lectured or read. Instead, humans largely learn from our experiences. Perhaps specifically when talking about attitudinal, behavioural and cultural aspects, all at the core of Human Factors training.

A training course and material developed by NaviMinds will not only include the more well-known theoretical aspects but will be complemented by several engaging, experiential learning activities.

These are exclusive to NaviMinds and a fundamental part of our concept for creating reflection, essential to leave lasting impressions and achieve the desired personal and cultural changes over time.

NaviMinds training location

Not just your regular training centre

Have your training delivered in the vibrant and cultural capital of Denmark, Copenhagen. Forget about boring airport hangers and desolate locations. The NaviMinds training facility is located within the historical city centre in the heart of Copenhagen.

We are conveniently located a 7-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station and a 5-minute walk from Gammel Strand and Rådhuspladsen metro stations. Our training facility is opposite the National Museum’s main entrance. The famous Carlsberg Glyptotek and the House of Parliament (Christiansborg) are at the end of the street.

You’ll be a few minutes walk away from the Town Hall, the famous Tivoli Gardens, and Strøget (our main shopping area in Copenhagen). Furthermore, you will be close to Copenhagen’s best shopping and dining experiences.

All year round, you can experience events and cultural initiatives such as Air Fairs, CPH Jazz Festival, concerts, theatres and fleamarkets – all a few minutes from the training facility.

Our location lets you explore Copenhagen’s vibrant atmosphere after each course day.
