PAYMENT: Please note that payment must be received in full before course commencement. To secure your place on the course a deposit of 40% of the course fee must be paid 6 weeks prior to course start (or two weeks after you registration at the latest) Your place on the course will not be considered secured until we have received payment of the 40% deposit. The remaining 60% of the total course fee must be paid prior to course commencement. A certificate of attendance can only be issued once we have received payment for the course in question. CANCELLATION: Cancellations received in writing more than 42 days (six weeks) before course commencement are accepted, no fee is payable. Cancellations received 42 days or less prior to course start, cancellation fee is 40% of the order total (the cost of the deposit). Cancellations received less than 14 days before course commencement will require payment in full. You may also choose to transfer your place on the course to a colleague at an administration fee of 50 €. NaviMinds reserve the right to cancel a course due to force majeure or lack of participants or other significant circumstances up to 28 days or more prior to course commencement, in which case we will refund any deposit made by you in full. If NaviMinds deem it necessary to cancel a course less than 28 days prior to course commencement we will refund any deposit made by you in full and any expenses that you might have had in connection with flights to and from Copenhagen airport once we receive the receipt of your flight ticket. Neither party shall be liable for any damages or fees for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, Government restrictions (including denial or cancellation of any visa, or other license and recommendations against travel), wars, insurrections or any other cause beyond reasonable control.
