Additional information

Our lesson on workload management is highly interactive and includes a group activity dealing with the practical and emotional sides of workload management. The group activity gives insight into how our mind and body react under minor stress and highlights how stress management may contribute to better workload management.

We look at the effects of multitasking on our stress levels and include studies on how it affects our productivity, performance, and even IQ. Students will also experience the effects of multitasking and its impact on their own bodies and minds.

During the lesson, you and your students will reflect on methods that can help control one’s stress levels. Here, you will examine a case study and connect the relationship between workload- and stress management.

The package includes a few extra notes for you as the instructor. These additional notes include studies on multitasking and productivity, linking them together. This is to provide you with enough background material to facilitate the topic confidently and effectively.

Note: You will need to acquire a deck of playing cards for the group activity.
