All physical products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act rules for 24 month warranty from the date of purchase.
Our intention is to provide you with enough information and advice to make sure your purchase is an informed one and that any purchases are suitable for their intended use.
The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods, which have occurred within 24 months after purchase. We will replace the items, or refund your product costs. The warranty does not cover when errors or damages are caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
We cannot refund postal charges (except for missing or defective materials) and you should return any items to us in a suitable shipping container or the original packaging. We can only process any refunds due when the original materials are received by us.

Prices quoted include delivery charges. There is no VAT included in the price of our products. We deliver our physical products using local Danish and International Couriers. We use priority services for International delivery so that your products can be delivered to you as quickly and securely as possible. All our prices are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), so you may be required to clear your local import customs authority and possible pay import duties.
We cannot estimate what local import duties, tariffs or other charges may be, so we advise you to contact your local customs authorities in advance. Delivery of goods from www.naviminds.dk is considered completed when the customer has received the goods
