CRM Course for Line Training Captains

Course overview

This 1-day CRM Course for Line Training Captains is designed for you who will carry out the role of a Line Trainer/Line Checker.

The course deals with teaching and learning principles and is suitable for new and experienced Line Training Commanders (often referred to as LIFUS Captains).

We include theories of how students learn and handover techniques to evaluate your students’ CRM skills (NOTEHCS). We add to the theoretical background with role plays, video clips, interactive exercises and group discussions and build on CRM principles.

Participating in a Line Training Captain CRM course will equip you with the best tools to train your students to reach their highest performance standards.
