EASA (AMC1 ORO.FC.115,215 Crew resource management training) requires that a CRM trainer receives instruction in human performance and limitations (HPL). While flight crew usually fulfil this requirement by the HPL examination in ATPL training, it is usually the opposite for cabin crew.
New EASA regulations state that any cabin crew who are CRM trainer must complete a Human Performance and Limitations course. Therefore cabin crew must complete a HPL course to conduct Crew Resource Management training. Hence our Human Performance and Limitations course is especially relevant for cabin crew who already are or will be CRM trainers to provide the background understanding of HPL and fulfill the EASA requirement for HPL training. The course is also highly suitable for flight deck crew who will be CRM trainers but have not completed an HPL examination, or who require refresher HPL training.
