Payment
NaviMinds ApS accepts online payments with the following credit cards Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped, or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

Amount reserved
When using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount traded. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. The amount will be withdrawn from the account when the order is dispatched. The reservation time depends on the product/service.

Debit card authorization
When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account.

If you or the webshop cancels the order, then the webshop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time.

Only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such a reservation.

Credit Card Authorization
The money will be withdrawn from your account when the web shop processes and withdraws the payment from your order. The transaction will now appear in your bank overview.

All prices on the website include VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK)

NaviMinds ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

NaviMinds ApS’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery and Shipment
The delivery time for your order is 1-5 working days.

NaviMinds ApS uses GLS – Erhverv, GLS – Privat, GLS – pakkeshop to ship your ordered items.

Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.

You can have your shipment delivered to your home address or the nearest package shop.

You will receive a Track and Trace number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

Billing information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for all purchases made at our store.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
NaviMinds ApS offers a 14 day full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs you incur yourself.

The cancellation request must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the delivery and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to use your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an email at ask@naviminds.com. In your message, clearly make us aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the product’s condition and the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the goods’ nature, characteristics, and function.

This means you must try the item the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means that when the purchase is cancelled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to NaviMinds ApS to evaluate the item’s condition.

Course registration
Registrations can be made right up to the 1-day before course commencement unless the course is full. We regularly update course dates and availability on our website. We recommend that you sign up in advance, as there are a limited number of places on all courses. Your place on the course will not be considered secured until we have received payment of the 10% deposit.

Payment of course
Note, to book a course you must pay a 10% deposit on our website. The remaining amount can either be paid as online payments through our site or you will receive an invoice with the remaining amount.

Payment is processed by means of bank transfer according to details outlined on the invoices or via payment by credit card. Please note that for courses hosted by NaviMinds ApS a certificate of attendance can only be issued once we have received the 10% payment for the course in question.

Cancellation by you
If notice of cancellation is received in writing 14 days prior to course commencement, NaviMinds ApS offers a full refund.

Cancellations less than 14 days prior to course commencement mean that NaviMinds ApS has the right to take a cancellation fee of 10% of the order total. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to course commencement NaviMinds ApS take a cancellation fee of 100% of the order total.

Should you wish you reschedule the date, NaviMinds ApS offer the right to reschedule up to 7 days prior to course commencement without any rescheduling fees.

Cancellation by NaviMinds
NaviMinds reserve the right to cancel a course due to force majeure or lack of participants or other significant circumstances up to 30 days or more prior to course commencement, in which case we will refund any deposit made by you in full. If NaviMinds ApS deem it necessary to cancel a course less than 30 days prior to course commencement we will refund any deposit made by you in full and any expenses that you might have had in connection with flights to and from Copenhagen airport once we receive the receipt of your flight ticket.

Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to NaviMinds ApS in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of 3 months as a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint waives the right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

NaviMinds ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.

Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.

For you to enter into an agreement with NaviMinds ApS, we need the following information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

We make the registration of your personal information to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with NaviMinds ApS, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.

The director and employees for NaviMinds ApS have access to the information recorded about you.

The data manager in NaviMinds ApS is: Sarah Sølvsteen.
We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with NaviMinds ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act, and in connection with this, please contact ask@naviminds.com.

Use of our publications
Training materials hereunder trainer manual, lesson plans and student handouts and use of training materials comprise NaviMinds ApS intellectual property. The materials are licensed for use by the purchaser for the purpose of training, which is delivered by the purchaser (whether and individual or an organization). No part of our publications may be reproduced or transmitted in any form over to third party by any means without the written permission from NaviMinds ApS.

You, the licensee, license our publications for own use only. The licensee may make copies as required for this purpose. However, none of the work in our publications may be used for professional or occupational purposes. Under no circumstances may the licensee resell any of our publications without the written permission from NaviMinds©.

Right to complain
In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact our Customer Service.

You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.

It is a prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about costs at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. The amount limits can be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.

You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link: http://ec-europa.eu/odr
